This Fitness Calculator has the following health & fitness calculations:
|
Food calorie calculatorCalculate how many calories are in what you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and treats. First, use the 'settings' button to input your age, weight, height, gender and activity level. By entering this data you will see your recommended daily calorie allowance displayed along the top. Add each item of food that you've eaten for the day and the calorie calculator will display for you the total of calories that you ate. Example: By clicking on the breakfast tab, it will give you a choice of main dish, side dish, toppings, deserts, dairy and beverages. By clicking on the main dish, you will then be able to add cereal, sausages, egg and ham etc to your food menu. Then by clicking on beverages, you are able to add tea, coffee, juice etc. As you enter this data, you will notice along the top that it adds up all the calories eaten for the day. It will also subtract the calories you've eaten off your recommended daily allowance for your individual data so you can see if your eating the right amount. |
